Just a few weeks after I put my hive up was the first time I caught a glimpse of her. As soon as I got close enough for her to notice me she flew off but a couple of days later I got another glimpse of her 'round the back of my house close by the hive. I didn't see her when I went to the hive with food but, opposed to the first weeks of putting it out, there was just empty bowls where I'd put yesterday's meal. I figured I'd give her some time and she'd eventually make an appearance when she was ready.
